Present valid ID together with your bag. IDs accepted are passports and driver’s license. We will also need you to provide your contact details.

Choose How Long
Leave your bag for minutes or up to 24 hours! Price ranges from $9 to $27 depending on the type of luggage. Payments are processed upon leaving the bags with us. We accept all major credit cards, no AMEX.

GET YOUR BAG CHECKED
For security purposes, we conduct an explosive trace detection (ETD) test prior to taking your bags. You will be asked to sign an authorisation form to conduct this check. This will only take a few seconds.

BEFORE YOU STORE YOUR LUGGAGE
Please ensure that you do not have any dangerous goods in your items.
Before leaving your bag or items, you will be asked to sign an authorisation letter for the ETD test and physical check.
Secure Travel cannot accept any items unless the authorisation letter has been signed and 2 valid identifications have been presented.
All items will undergo an explosive trace detection (ETD) test. We may also conduct a physical check of your items.
If the ETD test comes up positive, Secure Travel cannot accept your items and must report it to the proper authorities.
You may claim your items at our kiosk anytime between 3:30 am to 11:30 pm. Self-serve lockers are accessible 24/7.
