Store next to door 3 and in check-in zone E is open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. (this store is mainly for wrapping services and selling travel accessories)

Store next to door 7 and next to Air NZ premium check-in area is open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm (this store is mainly for luggage storage services)

Staff-attended storage services are available from 5 am to 11 pm daily in Auckland international terminal next to the Air NZ premium check area. Any size of the bag can be stored in our store in the international terminal.

Self-service locker is available 24/7 in Auckland domestic terminal on the ground floor at car park R. There is a size limitation for \ self-serviced lockers and charged per 24 hours. Please find below locker sizes. Customers need to pay the first day of storage fee to open the locker door and pay the rest of the day’s storage fee at the time they retrieve their bags. For any technical issue with our self-service locker, please call +64 9 255 5659 and press number 3 on your phone keypad.

Secure Travel can wrap almost everything such as cardboard box, foam box, car seat, pram, disable chair, bike box, instrument, backpaker bag, soft bags, fragile items etc.

Reminder: customer need remove all batteries and dangerious good from your bag before we wrap your bag. And make sure your bags are not over airline limit.
